Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, extracting insights, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive business success. Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop dashboards and reports to track performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address business questions and provide insights into key business drivers and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data analysis workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the data analytics team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a data analysis or data analytics role, with a track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a global and multicultural environment is a plus.
