Position Overview:

They will collaborate closely with our data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements, design compelling visualizations, and communicate insights effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using industry-leading tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js).
- Translate complex data sets into clear and compelling visual stories that drive actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance in all visualizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and implement them where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on visualizations to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on data visualization best practices and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in data visualization, dashboard design, and report development.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
