Precise Analytics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards and reports.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and requirements.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all BI deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
