Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analytics Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The Business Analytics Manager will play a critical role in driving business performance through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ success from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of business analytics initiatives, including performance monitoring, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analytics and recommend opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the analytics team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, data integrity, and data governance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business analytics or data analysis role, with a track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in a global and multicultural environment is a plus.
