Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the analytics team to ensure high-quality delivery of data insights.
- Develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand and meet their data needs.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all analytics deliverables.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster their professional development.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business analytics and team management.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
