About the STEM AI Trainer Role

You will solve complex STEM problems, write detailed step-by-step solutions, evaluate AI-generated technical content for correctness and clarity, and produce training examples that reflect expert-level reasoning. Key Responsibilities for STEM AI Trainer

• Solve challenging STEM problems and produce clearly explained, step-by-step solutions
• Evaluate AI-generated STEM content for factual accuracy, logical soundness, and pedagogical clarity
• Write high-quality technical prompts that probe model capabilities in your domain
• Rank competing AI responses using domain expertise and defined rubrics
• Identify errors, gaps in reasoning, or unsafe outputs in technical model responses
• Produce worked examples that demonstrate expert problem-solving and explanation

Required Qualifications for STEM AI Trainer

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, engineering, or related)
• Graduate-level coursework or professional experience in your primary domain
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing
• Strong analytical reasoning and systematic problem-solving skills
• Reliable availability and consistent high-quality output
