In this role, you will assess AI model outputs for factual accuracy, legal correctness, clinical appropriateness, and safe communication of complex professional information. Your domain expertise directly shapes how AI systems behave when users ask questions about health, law, and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities for Legal & Medical AI Trainer

• Evaluate AI-generated legal or medical content for factual accuracy and professional appropriateness
• Identify incorrect, misleading, or potentially harmful information in model outputs
• Write expert-level legal or medical explanations, summaries, and sample responses
• Complete preference ranking tasks using domain-specific quality rubrics
• Produce training prompts that reflect realistic professional queries in your field
• Flag outputs that could cause harm if taken as professional advice

Required Qualifications for Legal & Medical AI Trainer

• Active or former license, certification, or advanced degree in law (JD, LLM, paralegal) or medicine (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, PharmD, or equivalent)
• Ability to assess professional-grade content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills
• Self-directed with reliable, consistent availability
